Working with law enforcement to catch predators and keep kids safe
Become a DecoyKids Are Not Toys is a community based advocacy group located in Rochester, NY. We protect children by identifying and confronting online predators, educating parents and communities about digital dangers, and collaborating with law enforcement to ensure accountability. We believe that lasting change comes from both awareness and decisive action.
Kids Are Not Toys was founded by experienced predator catchers who prioritize ethics, law enforcement coordination, and real results over content creation. With years of experience in predator catching, we established our own operation with the goal of building trust with law enforcement and the community on our own terms.
We operate in New York and surrounding areas with a small but dedicated team of decoys and ground crew. Evidence from every catch is turned over to local law enforcement, Evidence is properly documented and shared, and we follow strict ethical guidelines to ensure cases are able to hold up in court.
This isn't entertainment. To us, this is serious work with serious consequences for predators who would harm our children.

Husband. Father. Decoy. Preds think they're getting a date, I'm here to make sure they get a documentary.
Phantom is a dedicated decoy, working across the Northeast to protect children and aid in bringing predators to justice. A survivor of online predator violence, Phantom has turned personal pain into purpose, making it their mission to ensure no child endures the trauma caused by pedophiles.
Core team members are Mr and Mrscr3ant, the mighty Ragnwald, Phantom and Artemis. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you do to further the mission. To our friends and KANT family around the world, we love and appreciate you.
